Started in late 2021, JW Designs began in a basement. Tired of the 9-5, JW (Jon Wayne) started researching and acquiring machines slowly. His almost 20+ years as a CNC Machinist, Engineer and Manufacturing Expert laid the ground work for what would become JW Designs And Components. The operation grew from Etsy, Farmers Markets and word-of-mouth sales to a storefront in the heart of Menomonee Falls WI.

In 2024 JW Designs brought on the first "full time" employee in Jon's Dad, Wayne. An experienced machinist and quality workman in his own right, Wayne has proven to be a valuable asset to the company and someone who will be able to match the energy and workmanship that JW has made a central quality of JW Designs And Components.

With a special focus on laser engraved glassware, Jon has a fleet of 7 lasers to tackle pretty much any material. From glass to ceramic, wood to metal and everything in between. JW will tackle any project and ensure that you get exactly what you want.
